Skinora provides general educational information about skincare patterns based on the answers you give. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Never delay seeking medical care because of something you read here.
Your responsibility
You decide what to apply to your skin. Patch-test new products, follow manufacturer instructions, and stop using anything that causes pain, swelling, or a spreading reaction. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication, check with a clinician before starting retinoids or acids.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate answers — the usefulness of your report depends entirely on them. Do not share your account with others.
Payments
Skinora is a $25 per month membership subscription. Your membership gives you unlimited clarity reports and is billed monthly until you cancel. The full 30-day reset plan is a separate one-time $19 charge, available to members only. You will see the price and confirm payment before the plan is sent to you. Plans are delivered digitally and immediately after payment is completed. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us through the Support page.
No brand affiliation
Guidance is written by ingredient, not by brand. We do not accept payment from manufacturers to feature products, and we do not publish reviews we have not received from real customers.
Limitation of liability
Skinora is provided as-is without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops, and material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
